Shipping Policy
At Autumn Taylor Designs, I understand the importance of quick and reliable shipping. As a stay-at-home mom, I strive to have a 3–4 day turnaround time for all orders. I also try to make sure to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours. All orders are shipped Monday through Saturday when the post office is open. We offer free shipping on orders over $45.00. If you have any further questions about shipping, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Autumn Taylor Designs, we understand that custom orders are unique and cannot be returned. Therefore, I do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom orders. However, if there is a fault or defect on my end, I am happy to offer a full refund or exchange. If you have ordered a preset design, and not a custom order, you may exchange it provided it is returned in its original condition. Please note, all return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
